From a distillery somewhere in the Scottish Highlands, this single malt joins the collection from independent bottler North Star Spirits. Distilled in 2009, the whisky spent 15 years maturing in a refill hogshead before bottling in 2025. A release of 302 bottles.
Floral vanilla and tropical fruit, with candied pineapple and mango.
Oily oak and barley join creamy custard and fragrant pear drops.
Creamy and mouth-coating, with sweet baking spice and a touch of warming nutmeg.
