North Port-Brechin 1982 (bottled 2010) - Connoisseurs Choice (Gordon & MacPhail)

Single malt Scotch whisky here, distilled at North Port-Brechin distillery in 1982 and bottled in 2010 by Gordon & MacPhail as part of the Connoisseurs Choice range. The North Port distillery was a distillery in Brechin, Angus, latterly owned by Distillers Company through its subsidiary Mitchell Brothers. Despite being modernised in the '70s, it was closed in the cull of 1983 and sadly demolished in 1994. The site is now home to a supermarket. Sometimes things just suck. You can get a taste of what we lost in this bottle.

This bottle was part of a private collection and may show signs of wear if of a certain vintage - if you'd like more detailed photos just get in touch!
