North of Scotland 50yo Bottling Note

Incredibly old single grain Scotch whisky from the North of Scotland Distillery! North of Scotland was only active from 1957 to 1980, so this is certainly not something you see every day. This expression was aged for 50 years (which is over double the length of time that the distillery was actually open!), and matured in ex-bourbon barrels before being bottled up at 40.4% ABV. Exciting and rare whisky, this.
