Where malt, yeast, and time drifted through the streets and turned the whole place into something quietly magical.
That’s what Sam Simmons tasted in this whisky. A year later, it’s back. Same liquid. Same idea. Just… dressed a little differently.
Dalry M***: Part Deux. A North British 16-year-old single grain that spent its time maturing in a 2:1 combo of oloroso and palo cortado sherry casks. It might just get us into trouble again. And we can’t promise it’ll be around forever. History suggests it might not.
Creamy notes of condensed milk, buttery flapjack, and Rich Tea biscuits, with hints of milky Coco Pops and burnt brown sugar.
Sweet layers of burnt sugar and vanilla cream, fudge, milk chocolate, tinned peaches and pears.
So creamy, so chocolatey, with nutty cereal, rice pudding, gently warming ginger, and toffee pennies.
