A beautiful old Lowland single grain Scotch whisky here, presented by Douglas Laing for its Extra Old Particular (XOP) series. The 35-year-old single cask was distilled at North British Distillery back in 1988 and was aged in a refill barrel (cask #17848) before it was bottled without colouring or chill filtration at 41.9% ABV.
