North British 33 Year Old 1992 (cask 7134) - Infrequent Flyers (Alistair Walker)
A 33-year-old single grain Scotch whisky from Edinburgh’s North British Distillery, independently bottled by Alistair Walker for the Infrequent Flyers collection. Distilled in 1992, it was treated to a finishing period of more than three years in a single Ozark virgin oak barrel. The fresh oak has brought plenty of marzipan, pastry, dark chocolate, and spice to the mature grain whisky. Cask 7134 yielded 221 bottles.
