Distilled at North British in 1991, this single grain Scotch spent the next 33 years maturing in a refill oloroso sherry butt. The cask was opened by Signatory in 2024, independently releasing a total of 430 bottles at a satisfying 53.2% ABV for its Cask Strength Collection, without added colour or chill filtration.
