This cracking single grain from North British was distilled all the way back in 1987! Over three decades it spent in a single bourbon cask, until 2020 when The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. bottled it at 32 years old. Just 210 bottles were released for The Cooper's Choice series at a friendly 45% ABV, with the buttery grain bolstered by tropical bourbon influence.
