A real treat from the North British distillery, this single grain Scotch spent a generous 31 years maturing, including time in a single sherry cask between 1991 and 2022. That cask was opened by indie bottler Duncan Taylor, releasing a total of 236 bottles of whisky suitably rare and old to join its Rare Auld collection.
