A brilliant indie grain whisky from North British! After it was distilled in June 1988, the whisky saw a smashing 30 years of ageing in a single sherry puncheon, until January 2019 when Càrn Mòr decided to bottle it up. Only 285 bottles were released at a cask strength of 49.6% ABV for the Celebration of the Cask series.
Orange peel and apricot, with cinnamon French toast and honeyed dried fruit.
Dusty cocoa and oak spice, with vanilla, orange milk chocolate and cinnamon swirl.
Chocolate raisin and orange oil, with more baking spice lingering.
