Distilled in December 1992 at the North British Distillery, this glorious single grain spent the next 29 years resting in a single cask. In March 2022, that cask was opened up by the team at indie bottler GreatDrams, and the whisky was released as part of its Rare Cask Series.
Earthen vanilla pod and creamy milk bottle sweeties, buttery oak with sweet toffee apple.
Chocolate fudge (the crumbly kind), more vanilla, stewed pears with waxed peels, and oily grain.
Nutty granola, fruity honey, spices build with peppery warmth.
