Superb single grain Scotch from the North British Distillery, independently bottled by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co.! Matured for 29 years in a single bourbon cask between 1992 and 2022, the glorious grain whisky has had plenty of time to intertwine with rich, buttery vanilla notes from the cask. A total of 390 bottles were released for The Cooper's Choice collection.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Foam bananas and vanilla sorbet, wisps of charred oak follow fresh, flaky pastry.

Palate: Waxed peels and buttered popcorn bring a silky, oily texture with soft caramel and gentle spice building.

Finish: Chocolate coated Brazil nuts, a hint of flaked coconut with more oaken vanilla in tow.
