This grand old grain from North British boasts a superbly aromatic, honey-like profile, in part thanks to a finish in little oloroso sherry octave casks, courtesy of Darkness! With layers of fruit granola and vanilla wafer, backed by spiced nuts and mellow oak, it's a superbly elegant sipper. A release of 115 bottles.

Nose

Honey nut granola, baked apple pastries, cinema buttered popcorn.

Palate

Aromatic honey, orchard fruit crumble with brown sugar and cinnamon. Layer of vanilla wafer beneath.

Finish

Nuts and spice, butterscotch and oak. An elegant sipper.
