Single cask single grain here from the North British distillery, bottled by Càrn Mòr. This was distilled back in June 1988, and was set aside to mature in a hogshead cask until September 2016, when it was bottled as part of the Celebration of the Cask range. 165 bottles were produced.
Lots of vanilla and orange, with developing notes of coffee bean.
Apricot and citrus peels, golden syrup, sponge fingers, hot cinnamon.
Jaffa Cakes and spiced rum.
