It's another one of our very own Single Cask Series bottlings! This time, we've independently bottled a delicious North British single grain Scotch whisky that was aged in a bourbon barrel for 27 years, from October 1988 to June 2016.
Buttered popcorn, cantaloupe and lemon cheesecake. Give it a moment and you'll find sweet/savoury notes of white chocolate-coated pretzels.
Honey nut cornflakes and orange oil, followed by warming new oak spice. Subtle touches of peanut brittle later on.
Vanilla ice cream and mint leaf, leading towards freshly cut grass.
