A 26 year old single grain from the North British distillery in Edinburgh, independently bottled as part of The Cooper's Choice range. This was distilled in January 1991 and left to age in a bourbon cask until 2017, after over quarter of a century of maturation. 380 bottles were produced.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

White grapes, waxy peels, freshly baked pastries dusted with icing sugar.

Palate

A mineral note appears at it opens, though this is shortly enveloped by notes of caramel, old fashioned cola and honeydew melon.

Finish

Dates and sugared almonds.
