Bourbon
A single grain Scotch whisky from the North British distillery, which has been independently bottled as part of the Deerstalker Limited Release line. It was distilled back in May 1994 and left to age in a bourbon barrel for 22 years, before being bottled at 48% ABV in August 2016. Only 207 bottles were released.
Soft hints of orange, white grape and caramel.
Chocolate ice cream, sherbet lemons, pepper and a touch of floral grain.
Very slightly savoury with oak and red chilli.
