Distilled at North British in 2008, this single grain Scotch spent the next 18 years maturing in a host of first-fill sherry hogsheads and refill bourbon barrels for a profile layered with oaken vanilla and sweet stewed fruit. Signatory opened the casks in 2026, releasing this whisky for its independent Un-Chillfiltered Collection.

This is what you would expect in a bottle at least 3x it's current price (2026), Really complex, NCF, NAC 1st sherry fill then bourbon AND 18 years. Really top notch
With it being a Signatory Vintage and 18 years young ,, and being a malt whisky snob ...thinking that Grain whisky was cheapy made and hot thought at £30 ish would give this a try ....Bloody lovely Glad I did
Bought a number of the 17 yo version a few weeks ago. This is even better. So smooth and pluggable. The price is ridiculous. Excellent
