The North British distillery produces magnificent grain whisky in its hometown of Edinburgh, and we managed to get hold of a cask for ourselves right here! Not just for ourselves though – we'll share. 312 bottles of this single grain Scotch joined our single-cask collection in 2022, after spending 13 years in a single bourbon barrel.

First grain whisky I’ve tried and it’s lovely! Really smooth and over 50%. Great value for money.
Having never tried grain whisky I didn't know what to expect, but this was a very pleasant surprise. It's light and creamy, a little sweet, and thoroughly delicious. At 50.3%, and for less than thirty quid, I'm really glad I took a chance.
My first foray into grain whisky, and it will not be the last. Obviously it isn't the most complex whisky ever, that goes without saying, but I really like it. For the money, this is great value, especially at this strength.
I like a nice grain Whisky, and this one is one of them. Vanilla cream and Butterscotch and at 50 per cent. I is not to like. Kev Doncaster
Tried this on a whim, at the price I couldn't go wrong and I didn't. Surprisingly good, very rounded and a fairly heavy abv.
