North British 13 Year Old 2007 - Single Grain Collection (Signatory) 70cl Whisky

Ooh, lookie here! A 13 year old single grain, distilled by the North British Distillery in Edinburgh and bottled by Signatory. Aged in first-fill bourbon barrels, this was distilled back in 2007, which is the same year that the film Ratatouille came out, to give you some context on what 13 years "feels" like.
