Caramel Apple Sauce 1991 (bottled 2018) - Wemyss Malts (North British)
An independent bottling of single grain Scotch whisky from the North British Distillery, which was distilled in 1991 and matured in a single butt cask. In 2018, the whisky was independently bottled by Wemyss Malts, and given the name Caramel Apple Sauce as a hint to its flavour profile. Sounds yummy to us! 592 bottles were produced.

Thick honey and molasses, with a hint of pineapple underneath the richness.
