Single cask grain whisky from North British. This was distilled in August of 1978 and matured for 30 years in cask number 38472 before bottling in March of 2009 by Duncan Taylor for their Rare Auld range. A cask strength release of 267 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Creamy, very fruity. Banoffee pie. Spices.

Palate

Tropical, thick and creamy, more banoffee pie, lots of vanilla, bourbon.

Finish

Supple and mouthcoating, butterscotch, rummy, long.
