This was distilled at the North British grain distillery on the 20th September 1991, it was aged in Californian sherry butt number 259478 for 20 years before bottling on the 24th October 2011. A release of 632 cask strength bottles from Signatory.
Oaky and floral with sawdust, woodsheds, barnyard notes, custard and spice.
Lavender, perfume, vanilla, rose petal jelly and various conserves. Toasty and cereal sweet.
Good length, with toasty oak and sweetness.
