Description

From the Ninkasi distillery near Lyon in France comes this wine cask single malt. Distilled in Charentais copper pot stills, this particular release is a blend of whiskies drawn from French oak, chardonnay, and viognier wine casks. A buttery, fruity affair from the French micro-distillery!

Nose

Ripe nectarine, pear skin, and runny honey.

Palate

Fresh croissant, apricot jam, and cinnamon butter, with salted caramel in tow.

Finish

Woody vanilla, peaches, and dark toffee.
