French single malt from the Ninkasi distillery, matured between 2019 and 2022, and drawn from a combo of two Cognac casks, and one Chardonnay wine cask. The distillery's master distiller comes from a wine-producing background, so has some pretty sweet connections when it comes to sourcing casks!
Floral and tropical with notes of pear drops, candied pineapple, and chamomile.
Candied ginger and grilled stone fruits, drizzled with honey. Biscuity malt nestles beneath, with floral citrus blossom in tow.
