Description
A Straight Rye whiskey from New Riff, bottled in bond! With a mashbill of 95% rye and 5% malted rye, this is one spicy expression, aged in both toasted and charred new oak barrels. It's then bottled up at a hearty 50% ABV, packing a complex flavour punch.

Nose
Orange peel, fresh herbs and vanilla oak, with berry jam and a crack of pepper.
Palate
Cinnamon butter and orange oil, with a wave of spicy rye, toasty oak and woody spices.
Finish
Grassy hints of continued spices alongside brown sugar and dark chocolate.
