New Riff Single Barrel Bourbon
Another cracking batch of single barrel straight bourbon from Kentucky's New Riff! With a mash bill of 65% corn, 30% rye, and 5% malted barley, the high rye content ensures plenty of warming spice alongside creamy chocolate, stewed fruit, and vanilla sugar. Bottled at cask strength, without chill filtration, it's a robust and characterful whiskey to sip and savour.

Nose
Praline opens the way, with nutty rye bread, marmalade, and apricot.
Palate
Buttery oak with delicate char, forest fruits, and dark chocolate. Coffee and earthen vanilla tangle with prickles of baking spice.
Finish
Zesty dried orange and spicy rye, berries, and cask char.
