Master of Malt exclusive!
A New Riff Single Barrel Bourbon bottling exclusive to Master of Malt. From the Kentucky-based distillery, this high rye whiskey matured in cask number 8135, and is layered with plenty of balanced spice. Bottled without chill filtration at a hearty 105.7 proof, or 52.9% ABV, this is a terrific bourbon to sip and savour.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Warm caramel, a touch of oaky char, clove, and cinnamon.
Palate
Cinnamon butter on toast, with warm oak, and some fruity green and pink peppercorns.
Finish
Peppery spices build, along with toasted oak.
