New Riff 8 Year Old Rye
New Riff’s first properly grown-up rye, aged at least eight years and bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof) without chill filtration. While it meets every other bottled-in-bond requirement, this release blends rye from two distilling seasons to allow wider distribution. The result is a rye with depth, freshness and plenty of runway left for future ageing.

Nose
Rye grass, cinnamon, clove, red apple.
Palate
Medium-bodied, lightly oaky, sweet core, spearmint, clove, juicy apple.
Finish
Long with clove, mint and peppercorn.
