Never Say Die Barrel Strength Whiskey (Barrel No. 7)
The latest cask-strength batch of bourbon from Never Say Die. This unique whisky made from a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley, is first distilled in Kentucky and then shipped to England's White Peak Distillery to further mature. Barrel No. 7 was bottled at 60.6% ABV.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Marmalade, winter spice, oak char, and toffee.
Palate
Cut herbs, rich leather, gingerbread, brown sugar, and white pepper.
Finish
Sweet tobacco and heaps of seasoned oak.
