Description

A particularly fruity single cask from Nc’nean, bottled exclusively for UK independent retailers. Made with organic Scottish barley and Anchor and Fermentis yeasts, it spent its entire maturation in a first-fill bourbon cask, filled in August 2019 and bottled in May 2026. Just 257 bottles were drawn at 54.2% ABV, without chill-filtration or added colour.

Nose

Fresh peaches and lemon, with creamy banana and a comforting buttered-bread note.

Palate

Juicy peach leads into banana milkshake, with a creamy texture and bright citrus running through.

Finish

Fruity and warming, with lingering peach and buttery richness.
