Named after legendary whisky bar The Fiddichside Inn, this teaspooned malt whisky was distilled upstream along the river Fiddich. The whisky matured for 35 years, including a finish in three types of cask; oloroso, Pedro Ximénez, and French red wine. Independently bottled by Murray McDavid in 2024 to join the Mission Gold collection. A release of 732 bottles.
Apple pastry, tropical malt, stem ginger.
Soft plum, fruity fudge, poached apple.
Creamy cigar, lingering sweet oak spice.
