Peatside 7 Year Old 2011 - The Vatting (Murray McDavid)
From a limited release of 848 bottles, this seven year old peaty blended malt Scotch whisky was matured in a bourbon hogshead and finished for two years in first fill Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. It was bottled for The Vatting range by Murray McDavid at 46% ABV.

Nose
Hints of smoked fish and spiced sweet fruits.
Palate
Fruity and oaky with whisps of smoke.
Finish
A sweet, lingering finish.
