As this whisky is part of Murray McDavid's Mystery Malt series, the exact origin remains unknown. However, here's what we do know. It's a 10 year old single malt, distilled in 2008, matured in a refill bourbon cask and bottled in 2018 with an outturn of 290 bottles.
Sweet peat smoke, earthy barley and citrus notes.
Stronger peat here, with coastal aromas and vegetal notes.
Medium-long, gentle with aromas of oily peat.
