Bourbon
This blended malt was allowed to mature in a bourbon hogshead for 26 years, before being independently bottled in 2018 by Murray McDavid for The Vatting series. A limited release of 495 bottles.
Sharp lemon citrus and creamy vanilla, notes of white chocolate.
Tobacco, more vanilla and subtle orange. A touch of roasted barley blends well with charred oak.
Honey and spices stick around on the finish.
