Mourne Dew Triple Bottling Note

A delightful Irish Whiskey here, blended and bottled by the folks at the Mourne Dew Distillery in County Down. A combination of barley, wheat, and rye spirits are carefully balanced, with just the slightest hint of peat coming through which is very pleasant indeed.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Vanilla and creamy malt, fudge, and red berries with a little waft of peat smoke.

Palate: Toasty grain, hints of sweet red fruits, toffee, and bourbon-vanilla with distant, gentle peat in the depths.

Finish: Smooth and sippable, creme caramel with lingering oak and soft peat.

Mourne Dew Triple Distilled Irish Whiskey Reviews

Enhanced labelling.
A beautiful whiskey. However, with regards to the label, I would have had used a more dramatic artwork setting of magnificent Mourne Mountains. Not only would it be a wonderful tasting whiskey.. But an new label would visually appeal to locals and foreign visitors alike.
