Splendid single malt Irish Whiskey from the Mourne Dew Distillery! A careful balance of peated and unpeated malts are aged in bourbon casks before a finishing period in IPA casks – which is rather intriguing indeed!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Fruity notes of pineapple and peach, soft peat with a whisper of menthol and gently toasted oak.

Palate Lovely oak spice, peppery with hints of cinnamon and anise countered by sweet apricot and subtle hints of peat.

Finish Spiced fruitcake and dark chilli chocolate, peat sits comfortably in the background without overwhelming the palate.
