Exquisite single malt whisky from Mosgaard in Denmark – this batch is matured in French oak, before finishing in Pedro Ximénez sherry wood for a generous 12-18 months. Brimming with rich, sweet sherry and spicy oak, this is a fabulous sipper!

Nose
Sweet, roasted malt, dark boozy fruits and drying oak.
Palate
Caramel, chocolate raisins, figs, ground coffee, and poached apples.
Finish
A touch of lemon zest, dried sherried fruits and underlying leathery oak.
