A glorious sherried single malt from Mosgaard in Denmark. This whisky was finished in 50-litre casks, built from ex-Oloroso sherry casks! The rich Oloroso soaked oak has imparted a beautifully complex, fruity, sweet character to this lovely little sipper.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Toasted cereal with honey, sherried fruit cake, and roasted barley.

Palate: Toffee apples, poached pears, and juicy stone fruits combine with dried sultanas, figs, and dates. Plenty of robust, malt character comes through, with a warming, oaky spice.

Finish: Caramel sweetness continues, with wafts of citrus, almonds, and lingering spice.
