Description

One of the Diageo Special Releases from 2024, a Mortlach single malt finished in sweet Italian Ramandolo white wine and Sangiovese red wine casks then bottled at 57.5% ABV.

Overall

Layered crisp fruit, caramelised miso and a hint of cured prosciutto notes emerge for an audaciously umami and fruity flavour. A deep, bold, and deliciously seductive Mortlach, whose wayward character will take you from twilight into the night.
