This single cask Mortlach has been bottled by Adelphi at natural cask strength and without chill filtration all for you delectation and enjoyment.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Sherry soaked trifle with delicious red fruit notes of cherries and raspberries leading to green gooseberry aromas.
Palate
Coconut and chocolate in a Bounty bar of flavour.
Finish
Dark chocolate and raspberry in a long finish.
Overall
A very well made whisky with lots going on, the trifle aroma on the nose is particularly enjoyable.
