Sherried Mortlach - delicious stuff! This one is a Signatory bottling of single malt from the Beast of Dufftown, distilled back in 1990 and left to mature in a sherry butt for 23 years. When July 2014 rolled around, the whisky was bottled as part of the Cask Strength Collection with an outturn of 472 bottles.
