Single Malt

A beast dwells at MoM Towers, in the form of this magnificent Mortlach single malt, distilled in 1997 and matured for two decades in a single hogshead. As it reached maturity, we had increased reports of strange growling noises in the racking, and unexplained shadows glimpsed at night, but things seem to have calmed down since the whisky was bottled. Just 59 bottles join our collection of exclusive Master of Malt single cask releases.

Freshly baked almond croissants and buttered popcorn are followed by delicate oaken vanilla.
Caramelised nuts, poached pear, and stewed plums, with sweet toffee apple in tow. Woody cinnamon is softened by fresh vanilla.
A warming finish with notes of candied ginger, burnt sugar, and pineapple. Black pepper and dried chilli nestle in the depths.
