A gently-sherried Mortlach, distilled in 2003 and rested in a single refill sherry hogshead for the next 17 years. It was bottled by Adelphi at cask strength, with 276 bottles released at 55.5% ABV.
Toasted malt loaf, golden syrup, apricot jam, and creamy nuttiness.
Coconut creaminess alongside stewed plum, milk chocolate, and gentle oak.
Raspberry and chocolate buttercream.
