Unfortunately, we can't ship Mortlach 17 Year Old 2003 (cask 800263) (Adelphi) to the United States at the moment, but we've got some friends who can.
A gently-sherried Mortlach, distilled in 2003 and rested in a single refill sherry hogshead for the next 17 years. It was bottled by Adelphi at cask strength, with 276 bottles released at 55.5% ABV.
Nose: Toasted malt loaf, golden syrup, apricot jam, and creamy nuttiness.
Palate: Coconut creaminess alongside stewed plum, milk chocolate, and gentle oak.
Finish: Raspberry and chocolate buttercream.
