Signatory's Un-Chillfiltered Collection is always popular and this Mortlach single malt Scotch whisky should prove no different. The vintage 2008 dram was matured in four bourbon hogshead casks (302169, 302184, 302188, and 302240) before it was bottled in March 2023 with no additional colour at 46% ABV.
Nose Banoffee pie, black pepper, dark fruit, and rich biscuity aromas.
Palate Malty and spicy and just a little meaty with sweet and sharp apple notes in support.
Finish Long and dry.
