An impressive addition to The Cask Strength Collection from indie bottler Signatory, distilled at Mortlach in April 2007. The single malt spent 15 years maturing, including 21 months in a fresh sherry butt, which yielded a total of 687 bottles when it was opened in September 2022.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Leathery oak and cigar box spice, honeyed malt loaf, and crystalised ginger.

Palate: Sweet, spiced fruit cake, candied nuts, and drizzles of warm toffee lead to zesty marmalade and robust malt.

Finish: Bold oak builds, bringing warming pepper and cinnamon, balanced by chewy dates and sweet sultanas.
