Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Plump raisins with a dusting of cassia and cumin, sweetened by layers of caramel.

Palate: Quite chocolatey, with continued cooking spices and dried fruit richness.

Finish: A lasting touch of robust barley shines through the sherried elements.
