Unfortunately, we can't ship Mortlach 12 Year Old 2009 (casks 317273 & 317275 & 317280) - Un-Chillfiltered Collection (Signatory) to the United States at the moment, but we've got some friends who can.
A Signatory bottling of Mortlach, released as part of the Un-Chillfiltered Collection. It was distilled back in 2009 and left to age for 12 years until it was bottled in 2022 (without chill-filtration, of course).
Nose: Dried meat, damp hay, and honey-roasted peanuts.
Palate: Creamy banana emerges among supple tannins, beeswax, and gingerbread.
Finish: Long and sweet.
