Here we have the Signature blend from Scottish independent bottler Moncreiffe, marrying 70% Lowland grain whisky with a mixture of Islay, Highland and Speyside malts. The no age statement Scotch even shows the Moncreiffe coat of arms on the label.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Strawberry, buttery caramel, apricot, raisin, praline and a hint of cigar box.

Palate Apricot jam, nougat, silky toffee, vanilla fudge and fresh toast.

Finish More toffee, roasted almond and ripe cherry on the finish.

3/5 better then normal off the shelf plus well priced
as an ex smoker I got tobacco instantly on the nose and palate, brought me back but i a good way.
i got the toffee but i thought it was a coffee flavour more the toffee. a punchy start with a smooth finish.

Nice but not special
Immediately the strength is evident. I pick up raisins and vanilla. It clearly doesn't have much age or depth but the flavours are good

Hay in the nose..
Long finish, nice and sweet ..after taste is a little like tobacco. But overall the palate is smooth..
